We would just like to say many thanks for all the hard work, help and sound advice given when we decided to extend our home. Having contacted K and M Builders for a quote, Mick came to see us to discuss our plans and exactly what we wanted. He offered some alternative ideas that we had never considered and gave some excellent advice.
A start date was agreed and the 'team' arrived early that morning ready to start work. We were very impressed with the way everything was organized from the arrival of machinery and materials to joiners/electricians being available when needed. The project was conducted in a very professional manner with the minimum of disruption to ourselves and the site left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend K and M Builders and would most certainly use them again without hesitation. Our sincere thanks to Mick, Keith and Steve for their hard work. "

"what can i say about k&M builders! if they worked for calsberg they would proberly be the best builders in the world.carnt thank you enough started with a peace of land and transformed it into something very speicial,our home, i hear a lot of people say having building work done is very stressful but these guys made it so comfortable nothing was a problem,even when the architect had messed up so bad mick stepped in and sorted everything from the council to the materials,labour,electrics plumbing everything,my life savings went in to this build and thank god i had mick and keith brilliant,we recomend to anyone worried about having any building work done choose these guys.we still carnt thank you enough,bless you "

The quotation given by Michael was very fair and quite accurate when estimating quantities! We were very impressed. It was unfortunate that shortly after the work started the weather changed and was appalling for several weeks, but the work went on. Our sincere thanks to Keith for battling the elements and just getting on with the job.
We have recommended K and M Builders to others and will continue to do so. The finished work speaks for itself and our newly renovated home is a delight to live in.

Double Extension
"great builders ,great job.could not ask for better they where there every morning on time job finished on time,polite through out thr whole contract ,any more work needed mick & keith ,steve and simon first company to ring. i had a double Extension built had my concerns as we all do getting quotes from diffrent builders,mick came to see us liked him from the start best choice we have ever made,while doing the work the wife or myself felt very comfortable to talk to these guys and change a coulple of things from the plans,mick would give us his thoughts and as normal his was spot on and saved us a lot of money,even when it ment him making more money he made us see sence and saved us money with unnesserary work.three words to sum up k&m builders,good honest and brilliant. carnt sing there praises enough will recomend to every one.once again thanks for the work you did for us will class you as friends not just builders !!!!!!! brilliant !!!!!!!! john and deb x"

House extension
"i had a large extension to the back of my house and a complete renovation to the existing house you would not believe the transformation , every one who came to visit thought it was a complete new house,i live a widow so was very wary of builders ,but mick turned up to quote for the work i felt such at ease with him even though his is a big lad his was kind, thoughtful well mannered as was k&m builders keith and steve were lovely. I changed my mind on more than one occasion where i wanted wall etc,but mick just got on with the job it was so easy to talk to any of them,i would recommend k&m builders to anyone they where brilliant. still miss my morning cuppa though,to sum them up always on time, excellent work by all and they don't sting you for money and keep putting up the bill ,thanks once again."

Roof repair
" Hi,
I felt we should let you know how delighted we have been with the
work carried out for us by K and M builders.
Having used K and M a few years ago to repair damage to our roof, I had no hesitation in contacting them again for advice when we decided to have a conservatory built.
Mick came out, discussed our ideas and gave some very sound advice. He explained the whole proceedure, timings and costings. He left us feeling more informed and confident that we had made the right decission.
When the work commenced, everything was organized and with the minimum amount of disruption the project came together,. Either Mick or Keith were always available to speak to. The team worked extremely hard and we were absolutely delighted with the end result.
Would I recommend K and M builders? You bet I would!
Would we use them again? YES ! definitely.
